Tube Bending Technology

Our CNC-bended tubes are used in the vehicle and agricultural machine industries.

We manufacture them in quantities ranging from one right through to several thousand and fully in line with your needs and requirements.

Production of 2D and 3D tubes:

• We process tubes (e.g. hydraulic tubes) with thicknesses ranging from 1.0 to 2.0mm and tube diameters ranging from 4 to 15mm.
• We also offer tubes that are ready for assembly and come with a compression ring and union nut, as well as complete assemblies with hydraulic valves.

Materials:

We process tubes made of the materials E235+N, stainless steel and copper.

Machinery:

• 1 WAFIOS BMZ-41 CNC-controlled tube bending machine
• Compression ring pre-assembly machine
